Best Bag for Push carts

Well I am at a loss to find a bag that works with my Clicgear 3.0 push cart. I need some suggestions and pics with your clubs in the bag possibly on your push cart also would be a great help. My biggest deal is the irons not banging together and I know they will some put I can't seem to find a bag the will allow for easy in/out of irons/hybrids without them getting hung up on each other.

I have an older version of the [url=http://www.taylormadegolf.com/mainlevel/golfshop/accessories/bags.html?IsPopUp=0#30]TaylorMade Monaco[/url] cart bag. It's a little smaller (9.5" top) than a traditional cart bag and was designed specifically for use with a trolley (push/pull cart). With 14 individual dividers, bag chatter can be kept to a minimum and clubs go in/out easily. Sorry, I don't have any photos of my kit even though it seems to be a bit of a requirement around here.

I don't have a specific recommendation but stay away from carry bags on them. They don't sit right. I do have an Ogio kingpin that I like.

This is my greatest concern with purchasing a cart bag. I don't know if there is a perfect bag, every one seems to have some sort of drawback.

I have both a BagBoy Revolver Pro and a 2010 C-130.

For keeping clubs separated, the Revolver Pro does an excellent job. You won't want the top spinning, and on my two push carts (BagBoy Compact LX and a Batcaddy X3R) - the spinning top contacts the mounts anyway, so it prevents them from moving - this is better because you may want the driver with longer clubs like I do, and if it rotated easily, that would rotate to the bottom.

Secondly, the Revolver Pro has two putter wells which when on a riding cart, will have the putter angle out from the bag to grab easily, but on a push cart, it helps keep the head of the putter from banging against the other clubs, -- and the putter is off to the side. One caveat is that those putter wells can get blocked by items in the side pockets, so I cut a plastic club tube in half and stuck that as a liner in the putter wells, and it works fantastic. Once great thing is that you can tell in a very quick glance if you have all your clubs.

The Revolver Pro has 14 club tubes in a hard plastic cylinder, so you can always get the club easily in and out of it's assigned slot, but you dont' want to put more than one club per tube- so if you normally carry more than 16 clubs (14 in the tubes, one in each putter well) - look elsewhere.

The Revolver Pro also has a nice removable cooler, pretty big. Bad thing is that the ball storage is right on the outside of the cooler, you might end up with cold balls, and who wants that? Other storage is a little limited for a bag this size. Last drawback is that you can't find a bag heavier than this - it has some heft, but that is the price of all the protection.

The C-130 I got for two reasons - lighter and for the winter and rainy seasons I can put more gear in the sides. The dividers are not full-length dividers, but do a pretty good job. I don't have any problem inserting/removing clubs on the riding or push cart. The putter well is nice and big, but it is dead center on top - with my large mallet putter, it doesn't work in that well on the push cart. I have instead taken a plastic club tube and put that down the umbrella holder on the side, so the putter is off the left side of the bag and hangs just below the other clubs - it works well.

I don't get much in the cooler pocket, perhaps 4 drinks or so with some ice or refidgerator packs.

The C130 also has 14 club slots, but you can easily load in more clubs - I have carried 18 without a problem.

I got the 2011 Sun Mountain SCB Deluxe bag to go w/ my Clicgear 3.0. It was specifically design to go w/ the Sun Mountain Speed Cart, but works well on the Clicgear as well. I initially got the Titleist cart bag, but didn't like it because of the reversed orientation. With the titleist cart bag or the Sun Mountain C-130, the clubs are sitting reversed when on the pushcart, meaning the driver and wood are on the bottom. That would be ok, except my wedge and irons all flip over and bunch up together. My only gripe w/ the SCB is that the strap is on the front of the bag, not in the back like other cart bags.
