Hitting on the toe a bit?

Not too bad but How can I fix this?

Its loosing distance, is there a drill for this?

First, try standing closer to the ball, mmk? :help:

 

If that doesnt work, swingweight could also be a little heavy, so try lightening the swingweight.

Could be a number of things...

 

From a technical point of view a toe strike can be caused by an out-in swing path or an early release of the clubhead that forces the hands up and away from the body. I'm sure you have heard a million and one drills to correct any out-in tendencies, as for correcting the early release try to concentrate on pulling the butt of the club into impact focusing on striking ball then turf. It is worth noting that it is much easier physically to release the club late from an inside-out swing path.

 

If path and release are good be sure to check your ball position, too far forward and the club could be travelling inside again by impact.

I would think a simple drill to use at the range would be to address the ball as normal, ball in the centre of the club face, make a note of the heel and toe positions of the club head, then simply place one ball just inside the heel position, one outside the toe position, place the ball you're striking in the middle and swing

away.

I use this drill, often with another ball a few inches to the right and fractionally toward the swing path

(of the top/toe ball) to ensure a good swing path and a good solid strike.

I was recently having a problem with lots of toe shots. What worked for me may seem a little odd but ti worked. I slowed my takaway down alot and that made all the difference in the world for me.
