G15 Headcover

Pain

Played my first round with my G15 that I got in the mail. Never tested one or anything, so really my first time holding it. The head cover is so tight and such a pain to get off but mostly putting it on sucks!

Anyone else know or aware of this or agree???

Hi, Great club, but agree the headcover is real hard to get on and off. I'm thinking of just getting a new headcover. Mac

Well known issue unfortunately, and Ping somehow saw fit to use the same headcover with the K15. I stretched my headcover out from the inside a good bit and it fits better now.

Yes I agree.... and I don't hit it as well as I do my TEE xcg3 3 wood and that makes it even worse. The g15 just lives in my garage finally took it out of bag b/c of hitting it dead left every friggin time...... guess I need to take some pictures and list it at some point.. rant over.... but totally agree on the head cover... pain in the arse to get back on.

Why would a company not make a headcover that also protects the last part of the shaft is beyond me.

I have the i15 headcover and it is the superior model, has the sock which extends down the shaft, so you may want to look into finding one. (Plus they look cooler)

Hi, Mine was real tight at first, but I stretched it out by pulling on the sides and putting some softballs inside it over night to stretch it out. I also turned it inside out and stretched it. It's fine now. Mac
