Please help my swing (video)

I need some advice to improve my golf swing and gain a little more consistency. I have posted a couple shots with the 9 iron and a couple with the driver. My bad shots are thin as I sometimes pick the ball without taking a divot and I seem to hit a really high ball. I was fighting a hook for most of the summer but lately its been this super high push, push fade.

This is just my OPINION,but it looks like you are lifting up before you hit the ball. Instead of driving through the ball as they call it,you lift up,thus causing the ball to go high with the driver,and thin shots with the irons. If that is confusing If you can send me still pics,I can highlight what I am talking about. I kept hitting pause,and play repeatedly to see it 100 percent.

Also most amateurs(like myself) when starting golf have that notion to lift up,thinking if you lift up that creates ball flight. Brain logically says hey,"you hit the ball up to get it into the air." When in reality it is hit down on the ball to go up.

sway load going back,especially evident with the driver.Just place your cursor on your left hip .should not move much from setup to the top of your backswing.this results in an improper coil on the backswing

Suggestions
kick your right knee down and in towards the left at setup.This will place weight on the inside of your right foot,tilt your hips away from the target and therefore align your lower spine with your tilted upper spine and brace your right knee .The brace of this right knee must be maintained all the way to the top of the backswing ,even as the right leg straightens.
You must not be afraid of turning your right hip going back.The average amount of hip rotation on the backswing by touring pros is around 42 degrees.the braced right knee will naturally restrict the amount that the hips can turn.

Setup correctly .place your hands on opposite shoulders.Turn your shoulders until they are in line with your right foot
