Your opinion on my swing

Any coments on my swing? I am kind of short for my size (7i about a 150 yards / driver about 250) .

I'm not a teachig pro....

but my untrained eye sees a few things.

You have alot of body sway. Your down swing is starting with your hands and arms rather than your lower body. I would also widen your stance.....

You have an interesting problem. Golfers who sway at the start of the swing usually do not have good coil going back.You on the other hand sway going back and make a good coil for the rest of the backsing;unfortunately, by swaying your weight is on the the outside of the right foot at the top.On the downswing,you need to pivot better going through the ball.

Suggestions
You need to alter your setup.First a little wider stance with the driver is called for.Second you need to kick your right knee down and in at address.This will do three things.First it will place weight on the inside of your right foot at address.Second it will lower your right hip vs the left thus tilting your hips and getting your lower spine more in line with your middle spine.Third it will brace your right knee.This brace of the right knee is very important for you as it will resist any lateral movement on the backswing.This brace must be maintained on the backswing,even as the right leg straightens..
You need to change the way that you start the swing.Start the swing by turning your right shoulder slightly behind you(away from the target line.You turn the right shoulder fine later in the swing ,but you need to start this turning right from the start..One more thing to note is that the head especially with an iron does not move laterally going back,but it can rotate up to 25 degrees..With the driver you might have a very small amount of lateral movement with the head ,but not nearly as much as you do..When you tilt your hips at setup,this will also start your your head a little more to the right and may in itself help prevent the head from swaying going back..

Drills
1. Take your stance with the suggested above posture.Place hands on opposite shoulders.Just turn your shoulders until they are in line with your right foot ..Practice this in front of a mirror.think of the backswing as turning back around your tilted spine.
2 Ben Hogan -5 lessons drill on the Ed Sullivan show.Notice how his arms are moving with the torso on the downswing and that his torso is rotating to his left without slowing down at the impact zone.

Thanks for the advice.Would it be a good idea to take a couple of swings with a golf ball on the outside of my right foot?
