I have family that live in Eustace and uasially play it once or twice a year. Greens are usually rolling quick and in good shape. Nice little course with some fun holes. Haven’t played it this year though so not sure in current conditions.

I'm late to the game on this post. I used to work in the pro shop at Pinnacle. It is much better now that the community bought the golf course from the previous owner. I played there a few weeks ago and it was in good shape for winter time. Bring your straight ball. Fairways are tight and water comes into play on several holes.
