Being a regular has its privileges sometimes. Sitting at the bar attached to the bottle shop watching the niners hopefully lose drinking a numbskull barleywine. Have a 4 pack of a hyped brew scheduled for release next week waiting for me behind the counter.

OK I did not score 2015 BCBS tonight but I did grab a 2 each 2014 BCBS and BCBBW with hopefully at least 1 ea 2015 BCBS and BCBBW being held for me for after I get back from CA next week. All in all a good day

I go to Witchs Hat all the time. They have quite a few good beers. I'm a big fan of Witchs Hat.

Lizards Mouth is my current favorite beer, such a smooth IPA…. It's a Double too so it will sneak up on you.

Train hopper ipa and night fury stout are my go to at Witch's hat. Train hopper is now available in cans. I don't get there that much the last year. I'm in livonia so my go to is one under bar for craft beer.

Side note- was nice to hear the other day that Ballast point will now be distributed in Michigan.

Livonia! I used to frequent the J Alexander's off Haggerty, love their prime rib and beers on tap there were usually decent. There was a good, authentic sushi spot called Ajishin off Grand River, although maybe that's more like Novi.

I'm in NC and the Harris Teeter is stocked. Any NC recs? I picked up a six pack of Aviator's IPA, Highland's Gaelic and Black Mocha. I've also tried many Big Boss beers in the past, which I like.

NoDa Hop Drop and Roll, Wicked Weed, Event Horizon and Lindley Park from Olde Hickory but I'm not sure when those two are released. I think Event Horizon may be out now.

NoDa is locally sourced to Charlotte. There is a bottle shop in Aville that drives to Charlotte and gets the brew but I don't think it's available anywhere else. If they have Appalachian Mountain Brewing Long Leaf IPA that is one I like. Also the Highland Thunderstruck Coffee Porter is a good seasonal available right now.
