please analyze my swing

Please comment on my swing. I've been working on a few things in my swing, but can't seem to get rid of the "chicken wing" on the release. Also, how do I keep from crossing the line so bad at the top of my backswing? Any comments would be greatly appreciated.

For me I really focusing on shortening my back swing to help in not crossing the line.

I think if you cleaned up your setup, it would send things in the right direction.

You suck the arms inside and are forced to lift them late. That is why the swing is long and across the line.

Your posture is straight up and down on both angles.

you need the right shoulder lower and left hip forward on the FO view. Not a lot, just until you have a little bit of tilt and are balance.

Then from the DTL view, more bend at the waist and slightly more at the knees.

These things will give you less room to suck it inside and give you a better angle to rotate your shoulders more vertically around your spine.

See how the setup changes affect things before you start working on swing issues. They will clear some of them up and maybe all of them.

Paris,

Try to hit the ball with your feet. As of now you are firing your upper body and the lover parts only seem to move along.

You have a very curved spine DTL and that tends to passivate the lover body. You need a straight spine or perhaps even a slight dosis of natural lordosis to create a connection between shoulders and hips. But I have a feeling that if you REALLY try to drive the club head through the ball with your legs that will change.

You have a few things that you could work on so I will leave it at that for now.

I dont think that going across the line is a big problem but i would work on softening your left hand just a bit. this can help you still play the draw that i assume you love when hit well but will help from the ball diving left under pressure. let me know how it goes
