In the tie breaker, pole position and imagolfer both had 274, only two strokes off. In the 2nd tiebreaker, pole position guesses 16 birdies for Phil Mickelson who in fact had 16 birdies! Great job.

Wow, talk about being lucky! :vava: What a great contest and a great PGA championship. I'm glad that Phil won it with a bird on the last, it was agonizing watching him and others struggle over the last two days. Amazing how the Tiger vs Phil and VJ came out - Tiger was what, 15 shots back after two rounds?

 

I was totally stoked to see a ProForce V2 being offered as a prize - I've always been a huge ProForce fan (it was the first graphite shaft I tried that I could actually control) and have been dying to try out the new shaft - I'll take one in an X, please ;)

 

I just discovered this site last week and am very impressed. It has moved to the top of my favorites list and I'm sure I'll be posting often - I love playing and talking about golf!!

Perhaps by next season the site grows to the point where sponsors start kicking more golf items/demos to the owners and from there more contests can be done. It is a matter of economics.

 

Of course, we could just have everyone kick in $50 for the year and have contest a lot more often with cool prizes. :vava:
