Yes Tracy II or Odyssey Tri Hot II

I have been looking at these style putters and am trying to decide on one of them.

 

Has anybody had any experience with them?

My Advice....Get one of each (cool):) But that's coming from a putter Ho. LOL

 

If I had to choose 1, I would go with the Tri-Hot. Just liked the roll a little better with it :drinks:

I love my YES! Tracy, I have yet to use it outside putt I love the feel and it rolls the ball great. I use the Regular Tracy

dude, if you can find the odyssey tri-hot, go for the tri-hot!!! the circular grooves just doesnt make sense to me...if you miss hit it towards the toe or heel i think it might impart gear effect...

I actually have both putters, funny you ask. My putter that I don't touch is a tour cameron 2.5 given to me by a buddy on tour. However, my last two putters wer the Tri-force II and Yes Tracy II. The Tracy is my current gamer and it will be for a while. Seems to roll the ball better and I like the weight a bit more than my odyssey. That being said the odyssey was my gamer for 7 years....so it ain't bad. The only complaint I have ever heard about the Tri-HOT II is that it was too soft....if there is such a thing.

I have both and prefer the look, feel and roll of the Tri Hot 2. Both very nice. Any reply you get here is going to be subjective.

Thanks for the respone. I seem to putt better with that style of putter. I use to use a Zing 2 a long time ago.

 

I have only been able to use both in the store. The Tri Hot II does seem to be soft, but it seemd to be a pretty solid putter. The Tracy II seems to be the front runner.

 

I have a chance to get the Tri Hot 2 for $100 and it is in really good condition.

 

I have thought about the Ping Redwood Zing 2, but being left handed, they are hard to come by.

 

It's a tough decision.
