oregon area golf for bachelor party

i need help planning a bachelor party for late april of next year

 

i am thinking about renting a large house in the oregon area and would like to know where would be the best place to look with access to many different courses

 

was thinking about bandon... but the price point for the golf i think is a bit much for the amount of golf we would like to play

 

any suggestions???

I'd look at the Central Oregon / Bend area. You could rent a place at either Eagle Crest, Sunriver or Black Butte. Sunriver is the closest to decent nightlife. Each of those three has at least 2 courses and reasonable rates for rental homes. Plus there's a ton of golf near them from muni's (Juniper which is a awesome course) to Pronghorn, Brasada Ranch or Tetherow. Plus it's easier to get to than Bandon with more nightlife.

Second the Bend recommendation. Golf at Bandon is second to none but there's nothing else around down there, Bend is a cool town.

There is a lot of really good golf in Central Oregon. Sunriver has lots of vacation homes for rent and three very nice courses on the property. There's many more in the area too.

Aren't there a couple of casinos close by Bandon?

Yea. There is the MILL casino in coos bay. Used to live there and play at bandon every day. The Mill has some good card games on the weekends but nothing to write home about. Again its all about the golf
