Boy am I glad I found these threads

Folks, I am really glad this site exists. I was looking at this guy's Napa listing on ebay and was corresponding with him regarding the putter because I thought the mill marks on the face looked modified. Things started to feel funny with his responses and fortunately I was on this site and found all the threads regarding this putter. Apparently now, this putter is from his Dad. I am no psychiatrist, but this person seems to have a bit of a problem with the truth and keeping his stories straight.

Boy am I glad I did not bid on this thing. I guess I also understand why he did not make his answers to me visible in the auction. You guys would have jumped all over him if he had. I am very surprised that someone with his level of positive feedback would try to pull something like this. Doesn't make sense.

This is why my parents told me never to lie. You never have to remember what you said if you tell the truth.

A few months ago I was selling a GB Napa here on this site and he contacted me to purchase it... It didnt work...

In one post he says father has just passed away and it is the last of his collection. Then in the very next reply, he says he knows dear old departed dad has 5 more that he's waiting to get back from the shop... :cheesy:

I bought a vokey wedge from him last week, and everything went great. Should I consider myself lucky?

Holy shizznit!!! That was quite a journey I just went on.

 

Now I'm confused though...when Jason mailed my Vokey on 12/26, was it him? Was it Shelley? Was it one of his roommates?

 

Has anyone ever seen Jason and Shelley in the same room together? Hmmmmm...... :)

When I lived in California and had a manager who thought he was a touchy feely get to know you sort of manager, I was at lunch with him and said "I am so glad my dad is dead"...well he went off saying how sorry he was about it and did I suffer mental and physical abuse, and was it a rough childhood, that there is nothing worse than not being loved by your father, and went on for an eternity (it seemed) about it..."No" says I "we cremated him and I think a prerequisite is that the person is dead otherwise they call it murder!"...

 

If that offends anyone, tough, it just popped into my head reading the last few points... :)
