Bushnell Tour Z6 TE vs. Nikon Callaway Razr

I just sold a bunch of clubs to pay for some new ones and found myself with about 400 dollars left over. The first thing I thought to myself was "Cool, new driver next year." But I really like my driver.

The next thing I thought was "rangefinder!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

So here I am.

I've read reviews, I've heard opinions, but now I wanna hear YOURS!

Over at golfspy, they say the Razr is king, and it's definitely the cheapest of the two.

Help a guy out here and tell me which one you like and why. If this has been done a million times, please direct me to some other thread. :)

Especially for price delta, I find the Nikon/Cally one does all I need and I got mine for like about 200 NIB, the Bushnell is cooler, but 400 seems steep to tell me how far to a pin.

I'd say save some money and get the Callaway/Nikon Octane. The Razr is a little smaller maybe but the only additional feature seems to be the brightness control and a 600 yds capability vs 550 yards. To me that doesn't seem like it's worth the extra $50.

I have the octane and think it's great - although I've never tried the Bushnell so can't really compare the two.

I have used the Tour Z6 since it was first released in spring 2012. I like the compact size and red LED readout. Haven't tried the Razr, but I can strongly recommend the Z6. Took me a couple rounds to adjust to the compact size and learn to steady my aim. But that would be a problem with any of the compact rangefinders.
