SW Ireland - Dublin Vacation in 2 Weeks! Help Please!

We're leaving on 3/22 from the US for an 8 night Irish vacation. We're staying at the Adare Manor in Limerick and I'm currently scheduled to play Adare, Lahinch, Tralee and Waterville? I'm looking for advice on how long my commutes will be to/from the hotel to the courses and also ideas for great restaurants and pubs to enjoy the Craic! This is our first vacation to Ireland/Europe so any advice would be greatly welcomed. Also, would you recommend any other courses other than what I have listed. Thanks in advance!!!

just saw this and we made that trip last summer. I can't offer exact times but it seemed we were on the road for 50 to 90 minutes to reach the courses -- Waterville seemingly the longest.
Lahinch was great and the other two were quite good. Adare is a neat city, the course more like an American parkland course. We also did the Falconry Walk at Adare and I'd highly recommend that. It was great, the photos we had of the birds were amazing. As for eating, we found good to great food at most pubs and the courses...Wild Geese in Adare was special but you need to call and get reservations.

We're going back in July -- the people. culture and history of Ireland are all great. Tralee has a museum which I would also highly recommend. It has a walking tour of a typical Irish village not that long ago. Amazingly, the number of homes with running water/indoor bathrooms as recently as the 1970's was quite low by our standards. And it shows just how strong the people are.

Went a couple of years ago. Really liked rally and Lahinch.

For driving times I find Google maps very good and for restaurants I usually check trip advisor.

Enjoy. I am leaving April 20 for 8 days but going to Northern Ireland and Dublin area (Royal Portrush, Royal County Down, County Louth, European Club, the Island, and Portmarnock).

No don't give in to the erroneous insistence of WRX to include the Republic of Ireland in the UK. Stay strong and leave it where it should be.

Probably too late but you're already at adare.. Roughly an 1hr 10mins lahinch and nearly 2hrs to Tralee. Never played Waterville. Enjoy your holiday! Good choices!
