True Temper Tour Concept green/satin finish

Hey fam...

I cam across some new uncut True Temper Tour Concept shafts in X100 and S300.... I have 7.0 Project X shafts in my Z785 from Srixon and they are WAY WAY WAY to stiff... need something a little less stiff so the shaft can work for me and launch the ball higher... I’m leaning towards the S300.... But wanted to hear thoughts on if the X100 is less stiff then the 7.0... and th

The Tour Concepts are definitely going to be softer than the rebar that is the PX 7.0. They are a constant weight flighted shaft that is designed to launch higher in the long irons and lower in the short irons. They were touted as a premium product back when they launched, just never really caught on. Worth a try if you can get them at a good price!

They are really good shafts, one of my pb’s was with them in green x100 in the Ping s5 ‘s ...

Thanks for your response... do u think the X100 are going to be softer then the 7.0 or should I go with the s300... I came across both stiffnesses they are uncut brand new shafts and I paid like 8 bucks a piece for them.

X100 is a touch softer than a 6.5. DG x7 is more comparable to the 7.0. You should be fine with x100

Yes, the X100's will be much softer. Project X Rifles are significantly stiffer than most comparable products and can easily become boardy and harsh for many people.
