Ping Tour 65X vs 75X

Does anyone have any experience with these twoshafts? I found a great deal on a 75X G410 LST. I've played a 65X in the past and really enjoyed it. I have a SS of 115 with a smooth transition. Would the 75X be too much? I saw on the chart that the 65X was actually stiffer than the 75X so just want to get some feedback.

I played the 65 S for a while, went in to test out the 65x, 75x and ck orange X.

I really liked the 75x but I am a bit more quick on transition. I was concerned about the extra weight and fatigue throughout the round. Ended up with the ck orange. 75x would have been my second choice though over the 65x. Your smooth transition might help with the fatigue a bit.

I think my swing speed is pretty close to yours..

Played 75X In a few clubs including my current G410 5 wood. Always felt very stable and good weight to slow down my tempo

Thanks! I was worried my SS wasn't going to be enough for the 75x. Did you notice a difference in height with the 65x? I hit the ball pretty high, so the Orange was out of the race.

Pretty similar honestly. Just felt like I could control the 75 a bit more. Orange was a bit higher launch, control was better though with it. 75x was the most distance though by a little bit.

You should be ok. Too soft if anything. I play the 75x with 105-110 and I'm looking for a tad stiffer option. Pull the trigger for the head at least. The LST is fantastic

Beware: according to the Ping site, the 75x is tipped 1 inch with any driver. That’s a massive difference.

My bad, I thought we were talking about fairway woods.

I think Ping tips both Tour shafts in the driver, none in the 3 wood, and .5 in the 5 wood. Could be misremembering though
