TM TP Reds are gone.

I went from [b]V1x[/b] to [b]TM Red[/b] to [b]TM Penta[/b]...

I really like the [b]Penta[/b] the best of the three because it does everything so well, just no compromises. The two areas where it really shines for me is trajectory off the irons and feel off the putter. It is in the same league as the other two off the driver, has as much spin as I want around the green.

I might be crazy but [b]Penta[/b] does seem like they lose distance after 10 - 12 holes... at first I thought I was just getting tired. but I have started rounds with used [b]Penta's[/b] and they just don't seem to go as far... not much but on certain holes I know where I usually hit it and sometimes I am coming up 10 -15 yds short of where I expect it to be... given the quality of the tee shot. No empirical evidence, but just seems that way.

I did break a [b]Penta[/b] (posted pics in other threads) but have broken [b]Pro V's[/b] too... never did break a Red though...

Played a round with the [b]Wilson FG[/b] a few days ago, this is another ball that I like. You can feel how sticky the cover is... rub a couple together then do it with a [b]ProV[/b] or other ball... they literally stick together... they spin like crazy off wedges and it seems like everything else. I was leaving every putt short until I adjusted they are sooo soft off the putter. This is a ball I think I could get used to but can't see it matching up with my game as well as Penta. One round isn't enough to offer a fair opinion but I think it will fit some people's likes very well. Worth a try if you are looking.

My Walmart still has 3-4 dozen left of the Reds for $22. I got a couple of dozen Burner TP's for Christmas and I like them very much. You can 2 doz for $40 also at WM right now. A very good deal.
