definitely want a chunk of these! have gamed the 56k and loved

it. have no idea how the 52/60 will play.

The 52 is going to be ok. I got mine in the fall and haven't had many chances to fool around with it until this weekend. Although it was warm enough to get on the course - everything is a mushy mess. It's pretty versatile. When conditions get baked out and hard, I'll probably still put my 51 Y in play but I think the 52K is going to be better in the rough.

Thats been my dilema how do you know if its the clubs fault ir your swing?

I generally blame everything on my swing and assume the club(s) are fine.

Let's face it....unless you're really, really, really lucky - you ain't gonna find a JDM demo day anywhere close to try things out. Therefore we just have to bite the bullet and buy the thing and if it doesn't work out.....BST, BST, BST......

I love my 64º ATV but have been thinking of replacing them with Miuras but didn't want to go down to 60º.

I don't see the 64º on the Miura site. Does anyone know if it's available to all of the Miura dealers/fitters?

Nope, there are only a few of them in the world (literally), Thanks to Swingman here on WRX, who made me aware of Frank V. at aceofclubstp.com, who prevailed upon Miura-san to make a few of them for his clients, I got one. I'd been hoping for one from Miura for years, and Frank finally got it done. (Thanks again, Frank!)

But the idea that pros play Vokey (or insert brand here) because they get paid to do so is downright ludicrous. i here you. i also assume its my swing and my wedges in particular are fine.
play in really lush conditions and some lower bounced wedges won't work.
experimenting right now on higher bounce. i had the 51y and found them to
sharp especially on full shots

It opens daily, but he doesn't take walk ins unless you're a regular. But give him a shout, he's a REALLY good guy and more than willing to help anyone out. Been going to him for years.... be careful though, you go in there for a wedge, you leave with a set....

I drank the kool aid and got a 52, 56 and 60 in the k grind. I'm still honey mooning but believe my sand play has improved with the k grind Miura wedge...need more time for full disclosure...they are little works of art...

My 56K experience has been amazing. Chips spin and check beautifully, and I managed to get out of a super plugged lie in the face of a bunker in one go with it - could see maybe 10 dimples of the ball.

Everyone who tries it on the practise green asks me how much it cost, with a view to getting one!

Thanks to the help in this thread, I contacted Frank and got a 64º from him. I've got to say, Frank is the real deal. Short of flying into Logan, I felt very confident in working with him. He knows his stuff inside and out and he's passionate about what he does. I highly recommend him.

Yep. At the moment I'm playing 52K, 57C (bent to 56) and 60K. But I'm sure next week I'll be playing my 51Y and 56K....none of it makes any sense.

How does the 51 Y Grind compare to the 52 K Grind?
