Nike DFI

I know all of the talk right now is about the Nike SQ, and I will probably try one.

However the club I am really looking forward to is the DFI I hear it is an absolute beast :ok:

Does anyone have any pics, comments, reviews, stats, or release dates on this cannon? :D :fool: :D

Not coming to the US. Its non-conforming and they aren't making a conforming version.

There are some conforming DFI's floating around. Mainly on the tour van, though :fool: From what I know, the number of conforming DFI's made for the tour are under ten. It is mainly for exposure in Asia. One would hope a person like Whataplayer would find one, but no such luck.

I have an idea though. Qualify for a pga tour event, on tues. of the event, go to the Nike van, say " I wanna DFI, with a side order of Diamana....please". Then proceed to shoot 86-85, and in disgust sell the DFI on ebay for several k's to heal the humiliating experience. I currently do not know any other way to obtain one.

I've taken a few swings off of three holes with a DFI belonging to someone matched up in a recent foursome. Aesthetically, it looks much nicer than the Ignite. Performance-wise, it didn't give me any special feelings. His was matched with with a Fuji 26.3 reg flex. I'm a firm believer that the shaft is far more of a factor in the performance of one's driver than the head it's paired with. In another combination, it might have been 'the BEAST', but for me it wasn't to be found in this incarnation.
