I'm glad Gary was eliminated last night. He has never had the game to back up his mouth. He's always talking down to his partner and the other contestants. He did the same on BB 6. He always had an excuse for his lousy shots and never came up clutch. I'm just embarrased that he's from Jersey. But then again, so's Bri. So It's a push I guess. I was never so happy to see anyone lose a match! Sweet justice!!! :ok:

Gary O used to work in the same town I did years ago. He was an assistant at the high end club, mainly teaching. Lasted one season. Offended many.

No matter what we may think now, at one time he was quite good. Played the tour one year after going thru Q School. However, that doesn't give him the right to be a jackass. I think it comes naturally.

I think he is trying to make it as a touring pro, and he hasn't been winning enought to pay the bills, so i think he is trying to make ends meet, and this show is a means to make some cash, if he can get an exemsion, and actually make the cut he could make more in one tournement than he has in his whole golfing life.

 

He played on the NGA Hooters tour last year, played in 17 tournements, missed the cut 15 times, with a total annual earnings of $2,764.67. Finished 158th of a little over 300 on the money list 1-10 made from $102,000-$58,000, if you are outside of the top 30 you're not even making $30,000. It's not an easy life, just because you put Pro Golfer beside you name doesn't mean you're pulling in the cash!

 

He hasn't played awful with a total scoring avg of 1.27, and a fourth round scoring avg of -1.0 although that only takes into account 2 rounds.

 

I think Don's big money maker is lugging bags, he has pulled for a few PGA noteables.

I liked how many times Dave said to Pam "to hit it firm, right edge" what was it three times and then he said "to put a good stroke on it and have fun". But all Pam said was he never helped, all he said was to have fun. This girl needs to clean the wax out of her ears. Too bad she didn't get booted.

I am saying AT LEAST the Nationwide Tour by next season (2008). I would not consider the Nationwide Tour "languishing" on the mini tours either. Those guys make an a** load of money compared to what they make on Gateway, Tarheel, and Grey Goose Tours.

I can't believe how bad most of them really are....I'm sorry but when they talk about "all that pressure," I wanna throw up. Pressure???...it's a frickin' TV show. Who was the old fart that got eliminated last week that was kickin up sand when the other guy was hitting his shots...he was talkin' about the other guy also putting up his own money and playing him???
