Im not hoping one way or another, and had the BRNR Mini previously.  I’m happy with it, and I knew the Callaway would be very limited production.  This allows me to try it relatively free.

This is purely a driver replacement for me, I will probably very rarely/never hit it from the deck.

 

Ill post findings from the range and a round on Sunday.

These just arrived from Japan via DHL.  Took two days to deliver from when I ordered.  Tourstage X Blades.  Three distinct shapes thru the set.

 

PW and 9 are a smooth MB.  6-8 are a fairly shallow cavity.  The 5 is a cavity only on the top half then a big smooth muscle reappears with a bootylisious sole.

 

Still need to run them thru the ultrasonic cleaner and a bit of hand polishing.  They have a darker finish like other Bridgestone irons I have.

That’s definitely the biggest concern.

 

I sprayed it with protective spray, and we’ll see how it ages over time.

 

I’ve got a white car, and also have white slides, and white Crocs, and I’ve been able to keep those pretty clean. We’ll see how it goes…
