Mizuno, Bridgestone?

I just found out that Bridgestone Golf is American made...

Tourstage was previously Japan's Bridgestone, check out some of their clubs if you can.

Depends on what you're looking for. As far as performance goes Ryoma makes the most forgiving and longest drivers and Utes. Want something more playeresque? Better feel and sound? Look at epon (drivers), Kasco/romaro (Utes), onoff (Utes)...as far as putters go golds factory makes or tunes some really high quality stuff.

To address the other posters comments, yes very little is made in the us...betti, power built, some boutique putter and wedge brands...most of the usdm stuff is made in China. It's a bit more accurate to think about what market clubs are produced for. The tour spec stuff for many us brands is often forged in japan but many of the jdm brands now produce gear in other Asian countries and are turning out high quality gear.

Yes, tour stage and Bridgestone are the same company but the brands are for diff markets.

The jdm market is broad and deep. If you give us some infor: hcap, club head speed, characteristics your looking for, etc...I'm sure we could steer u in the right direction....enjoy your hoing! Sounds like a whole new world may be opening up for u!

Thanks. I'm looking for a company that's non-US, not just a US company that has their club forged in different parts of the world for cheaper labor. I don't know what my handicap is, but I'm guessing it's pretty good, +something. I like a medium to medium high ball flight, somewhat forgiving, and I don't like shiny chrome finishes. Is it just me or are non-domestic clubs as expensive as hell?

Aahhh JonesScott is back for more brilliant catfishin'.

Thinks he is probably a plus handicap, but does not know where clubs are made. Seemingly unaware that many of the bigs such as Taylormade Adidas, Puma, Titleist aren't American companies and their stuff isn't made here, or that nearly all clubs made by American companies like Ping are also made in China. Thinks that Bridgestone golf is an American company not a domestic subsidiary whose clubs aren't made in America (although some balls are) and doesn't know that the parent company is very Japanese. Rejects responses as he narrows his own "question" to conform to his unclear criteria.

Some brilliant trollin' ahead, I can't wait to watch it.

Pardon my digression, noodle away JonesScott!

Early in hand photos of the new GT2 models t the truck.  As soon as they show up on the range in player's bags we'll get some better from the top photos and hopefully some comparison photos against the last model.
