I like the compact shape and simple clean lines. Wedges to me have to be first asthetically pleasing. Second, I heard nothing but good reviews on Fourteens and did my research before buying. The placement of the muscle cavity on the back was interesting from an engineering stand point. They essentially try to maximize the COG behind the ball to not only control spin but trajectory as well. Spin is subjective because of the groove rule. It's like max COR on drivers only so much each manufacturer can claim. 3rd not a huge factor but they are forged. I actually prefer cast wedges because in theory they should be able to take more of a beating w/o getting dinged up but these puppies are soft carbon and feel buuuuuuuuuttterrrry. Last I just needed new wedges, my previous B'stones were beat to hell after 2 full seasons and wanted to try something new so I built up a set and murdered it out w/ electric blue paintfill.

thanks for the response, I only asked 'cause i've got a 54 and 58 coming this week (not new, but new to me) and I've heard great things about them. can't wait to try them out.

ok, then ull prob want a set of small compact, maybe even pear shaped wedges that will seemlessly flow with those heads. theres a wee bit of offset on the PW on these but a lot less than the 5002s, these are a very question asking set of heads . so u must be a decent striker of the pill.

NS 950s in the wedges is a perfect. match and easy to do.

forget syard, nabla tour, fourteen ts, yamaha, ( ive no idea about american wdges never bought one so i can help on those).
these are too big for these irons. theywill look like shovels

yururi tour, although they are bit long, but thin sole , super spin. nad super looking. but ......errr maybe too long , i nthe blade
yururi seida, a bit more rounded , higher bounce, these are really good.
prgr LED , no brainer, , crazy protos again a really good match ,
yonex ezone.. , tourstage x wedge, scor,(apart form these!) ,
the miura not sure of thier model name but they have a "swale back" they wud suit very nicely if u wanted an all round miura bag. but id by pass the rest of his wedges tho, thay are too goose necky and big.

my top 2 chois for thee wud be the yonex ezones and tourstage x wdge or the scores, even, the scores are MASSIVELY underated except if u play blades. the toustages ONLY from 2013..ONLY 2013....)



when i play my blades i play the prgrs, the tourstage or the yonex.
the others i ahve ud neve rknow about and never find so no point saying them, , but suffice to say they are all pretyt similar. yea.... they prob suit those clubs nicely.
