In my experience, the cap doesn't just accidentally come off the tube. Usually the shipper intentionally takes off the cap because the tube feels better during the transaction without it. Even though the buyer and seller agreed ahead of time that the tube would have a cap at all times for safety. Kind of crazy considering how dangerous it is to make a transaction without a cap now a days. This isn't the 60s.

I'm not usually one to let feedback scores decide an argument. Just because a reliable person doesn't deal as much equipment does not mean they aren't credible. However, the buyer here has like a 40% suspicious feedback description.

It's inevitable that the cap was going to slip off the tube mid-transaction, and now the buyer and seller are stuck together with this sticky situation for the rest of their lives.

I think he just got a little full of himself and thought the tube was bigger than it really was. Buying a magnum cap for a skinny tube just isn't going to work out well. Could be the other way around. The tube was too big, and the cap just got jiggled around. After some time, they parted ways, and nobody can find the cap while the large tube is out there still being past around from the buyer to the seller now the Post Office, with a stop with the brother for a few.
