Tex, nice work on the TV stand, but how stable is that thing? Hope you got some sort of anchor or a ton of weight at the bottom.

Thanks man. It is seems none is needed. The pipe is screwed into the bottom through the milk can lid. And the weight of the big blade is heavy enough to lock the base down. Then the smaller blade is screwed into the same pipe which is putting weight directly into the base.

So, the SOB is rock solid. We did a bump and shake test and didn't move. The TV is sitting in the back, so I'm going for the tour lock counter balance

That's the motivation. My dad has all kinds of low level skin cancer, and I had a spot cut out after a bad sunburn in my teens. Have the outdoor research floppy rain hat, but it doesn't have vents.

Nothing new really. Driver, 3W, 52* and 56* all needed sprucing up. Hybrid is a Z-cord which seems made out of actual sandpaper.

 

For full disclosure, my irons are squishy non-cord Tour Wraps.

There was absolutely NO TASK I could do with that dog where I could out-last him mentally. I'd sit on the couch and throw balls to him and I'd go back to my book or the TV. I'd look up like 15 minutes later and he'd be standing there like in that picture waiting for me to throw the ball. IN. SANE.

ETA: I have a friend who used to say, "he's the only dog I've ever met where I felt he knew things I didn't know."

I have the UA Cold Black. It's been a great hat. I probably wear it more than any other bucket.

I have a Titleist "One Bucket" that I haven't worn much. It's sort of a nylon or something. It's like the one DaGoose had at the CL7's last year.

I also have a couple regular Titliest ones and a couple more that don't really make me overheat.

Mines the same way. When I first got him my mom came over and said that he had crazy eyes. Will play fetch until he dies if I let him.

So far I've only played at Bowling Green CC out here in Front Royal. But there's also Blue Ridge Shadows and Shenandoah Valley to explore. I just bought a house out here last month and finally got set up so now I can play the courses around here.
