That new Omega colorway of the FI Bermuda is already $40 off at Budget Golf - $99. I think these were just released weren't they?

lots of new LC4 colorways too. College themed. Oklahoma, Tennessee, Ohio State and Texas.

Gotta say, looking down from the top on those AM90's looks really, really clean.

How hard would it be to add some spikes to these shoes? I've never added spikes to a shoe before. If it can be done even somewhat easily then I'm getting some IRs.

May be quite difficult for golf shoes but I know of people who buy tennis/running shoes then spike them to play cricket in. Spike doctor is a name that rings a bell.

Not bad, I thought they were $175 or something.

Upper looks nice, but the sole throws me off. Look like these:

Man I like those.

I finally got to try on some Chukkas last night and will probably pass on them as my spikeless shoe. Just not a huge fan of how they fit my foot. The arch seems really big in them and just seemed to be pushing my foot to arch big time.

Think ill probably go with the Lunar Force 1's for a spikeless.

LF1s are my favorite shoe this year...so far...

Agree here, the LC4 is right behind it but they nailed the LF1, its even more comfortable than the LC4 on my feet. I've got the blue NG dunks from a couple years ago and Nike has come a very long way adapting shoes in the "other" categories for golf. The dunks were basically regular dunks with golf spikes, they look great but not the best for the movement of the golf swing, whereas the LF1s were remade with golf in mind and perform great. Ordering the AM90 tomorrow morning.

Any idea on infrared availability? Perhaps it will be part of the 7/1 release.

Any links to online stores apart from NDC releasing the Max 90 tomorrow?

No idea but the local store has them in.

Tried them on, very comfy. You're off the ground a tad bit with the soles being as they are.

On NDC, they're $140, in stores and online stores, they're $175.

Weird. I would off buy off NDC to save you like $30+.

I wear a Nike 13 in every shoe they make, my foot is a too wide for the LC3, I could wear it, but it wasn't that comfortable. The LC4 is much better but very slightly too wide. The LF1 is a perfect width, with a wider toe box than the standard Air Force 1s (I wear those all the time off the course). The sole is really impressive, I usually hate soft spikes but have yet to slip in these, and the grip is not as pronounced on the inside-middle section so that you get a good weight shift.

Cool. Thanks for the pics and info. Why aren't you wearing joggers? Haha.

How was the width? I never bought Max 90's because they were always so damn narrow.

Joggers (Nike Tech Fleece) are when I have a day off, jeans when I work. LOL.

The width felt fine, toe box is very room and stretchy. Seems like almost like the same material like the FI impact 2 in the toe area, with the breathable mesh.

I tried on my true size and walked around in the store, they fit awesome. MIGHT pick them up tomorrow from NDC, if they're $140 still. If I don't like them, easy return.

Lesmond - Good info, thanks for posting. Does the heel feel too elevated to you? I don't mind if the whole shoe is a little higher, but a higher heel specifically means I've gotta adjust to it. Not that it will stop me from buying them though.

Not the heel area, the full shoe as whole since they traction spikes are raised. Not high heels high, but you are off the ground a little.

Performance wise, I don't know. Walking around and they are 10/10 comfort. They should be $140 or less (at least on Nike), online retailers are marking them as $175. I would not buy at that price.

Do they normally drop at 10am Eastern on NDC?

Yes, should be for these shoes. 7a/10a.

June 1 release is for the white one, the one Rory wore today. The spikeless version of course.

Rory spiked is 1 of 1.

It looks like the uppers are the same material as the TW13 on those shoes. But looking at the ones you had on, it looks like mesh.

Maybe the sole height messed up Rory's game today LOL.

Is it about the same height as say the TW14s?

The toe area is mesh. Like a flexible mesh kind.

I'll probably say the TW is lower, since the midsole is just straight on in, no difference from from to back.

While the Zoom 90 midsole in the heel area is slightly higher than the toe. In my opinion. But when you wear them, you are flat on the ground. No arch.

I have a pair of TW13s and TW14s...always felt the TW14s had a higher sole than the 13s. TW13s are still higher than say the LC3s. LC4s for some reason felt even lower.

I actually don't mind that colorway you tried on...

Same. Not feeling the mostly white one.

I like the black/white. Might wait it out and wait for the infrared color. I'm sure that'll drop soon.

Hopefully it stays at $140 like on NDC. Anymore, count me out.

The black looked even better on feet than I thought they would. I'm torn between these or the lunar force 1's. I need a nice black pair to wear in cooler weather with pants, my TW 14 mesh's just don't look that great with pants.

I don't like how the swoosh blends doesn't identify the shoe. I saw them in person and they seem more narrow then the impact 2. A clone in built to the Impact Premiere. I did not try them on. I am waiting to see the white version.

This is my fear with these shoes. As a product of the 90's, I had a few pairs of Air Jordan's growing up. Most notably the AJ 5's and 6's which had clear soles. However, after a couple of weeks the clear sole would turn to a pee yellow. Will these do the same?

air-jordan-5-retro-laney-2000-vs-2013-10.jpg

that would be terrible. I want a spiked version, so I'll stick with my LC3 and TW14
