Nike footwear 2016

Do the Air Zoom 90s run true to regular Nike shoe sizing? Are they wide? I typically wear a E/EE in Nike running shoes.

 

Regular Nike sneaker shoe sizing or Nike Golf Shoe sizing? I wear an 11.5 in LC4 and almost every other Nike golf shoe I've ever had with the exception of the new FI Bermuda & TW13 in which I had to go to a 12. I ordered the AM90 golf shoes in an 11.5 and they fit great. I always wear a 12 in Nike sneakers so they do not fit the same as Nike sneakers.

 

They are awesome shoes, I'm trying to thin my herd a little bit so I can pick up the pair of white AM90's to go with the black ones. Very comfy and tons of grip.

I just stopped by my local Golf Galaxy and they had the FI Premiere's marked down to $119, that seems like a really quick markdown as those came out not too long ago. Is that to make way for the Flyknit Elites?

Same thing at my local Dicks. Stopped in there to grab a glove and wandered around and noticed the same thing. Was going to snag a pair but nothing in my size.

So far of all the Nike shoes i have tried the white AM 90's are my favorite. I have also loved last year FI impact shoe and would imaging the FI impact 2 would be just as good. I would keep chukkas if i ever wore pants but I play in Louisiana and would rather not have a ridiculous tan line.

FWIW, the employee store is having their gear up event this weekend for golf so anyone with access this weekend is the time. I imagine they'll do it like last year with putting greens outside in the parking lot, food trucks and and a couple hitting mats.

 

Imagine they will have all the 7/1 releases out for sale as well.

You will get used to it after a few tries. There are loops on both the heel and the tongue. Just grab both and my foot goes in pretty easily. I actually keep them tied now and just slip on and off.

It's always some kind of hassle every time I go in there.

 

They still have the premiers marked at full retail in the display..so I grab the first box I see and go up to the counter. I explain to the guy I heard they had been marked down, and ask if he can price check them. He looks at me like I'm speaking Chinese.

They ring up at $111 and I'm like score, so I go back to grab a black pair, because the ones I had grabbed were wht/gry

There's only one pair in black, that happen to be my size and the display, but at that price who cares about it being the display shoe.

Grab them and go back to the counter, and they ring up @ $159.

I'm like they just came up @ $111 remember ?!

Again he looks at me like I'm Chinese.

 

Manager comes over, guy explains what happens and he's like well, they are a different color so they are different price.

So I asked since it was the last black pair in the store, and the display, if they would price match them to the white...he goes well maybe I could go 10% off. Wtf is maybe?

So then I just go grab the whites in my size even tho I really wanted black.

what a surprise. Didn't have much expectation on these shoes. Bought them since I had a 20% off coupon code. Man, They're awesome. Super lightweight and comfortable. Much better fit and more comfy than the chukkas. They fit true to size. Hit the grass range this afternoon and they felt great. Very stable. These will be my go-to shoes for the rest of this season.

Thanks for the heads up. I was referring to my Nike sneakers sizing. So it seems like I will need to size down 1/2 size.

I don't have a GG within 2 hours of me. Called my Brother-in-law who lives in Columbus. He ran over this morning and picked up the FI Premiere in White/Grey for $119 for me. I was stoked. Just sent me a pic of my new kicks.
