I've never bet on golf before. I have always bet on college football, NFL and the NBA for selective teams. I was up $4,000 this year from college football but the bowl season and a combination of the NBA and NFL brought me back down to earth. My biggest win for 2015 was Oregon -7 at Colorado for $2,000.

 

I'm fascinated by you golf gamblers. As much as I follow golf it seems as though I should bet on it more. I got my first taste of success at Augusta. I'll try and get the bank roll up so I can have some more meaningful bets.

In the video, he does mention a few other names from each tier who could be backups, but those 16 are his main picks

I went 0/5 on DK, but I did place in one of my work pools with a lineup of: A. Scott, DJ, Casey and Willet, which paid for most of my other bets.

I won $130 between my two lineups for the millionaire maker, even though one of the lineups had Fowler in it haha.

 

I'm gonna try the RBC Heritage, but the only stats I'm looking at is Driving accuracy and Par 3/4 performance. Although, Kuchar's known to play well on Dye courses.

Bagel for me on draft kings and tickets at The Masters. Gonna grab it back tonight though, Syndergaard over/under 5.5 strikeouts was just outrageous tonight IMO, say it right before the first pitch but hammered the over. Currently got 5 K's through 2

My first week entering Draft Kings. Bought 3 teams in the $3 Drive the Green game

 

It's a bit like buying a lottery ticket but there is definitely some skill involved

 

I can't believe how tight the race for First place is on Sunday afternoon. Leader can win $100,000 and a whole bunch of teams have a chance. You can go from thinking you are the big $100,000 winner to an also ran winning $1500 pretty quickly. ( still a good win for a $3 investment).

 

I am out of the money with all 3 of my teams.

 

Cheap way to make watching golf a bit more interesting. Might try to get some friends to join a league.

Broke even with my Grace lineup today, rest of them were terrible. Might take a break this week with the Valero....I've been pretty frigid since getting a nice return at the Puerto Rico Open.

I think the Valero Texas Open is the time when I'd jump on the Charley Hoffman train, just for him to make the cut obviously because he tends to get hot after 36, but slows down on the weekends.

I also was heavy on sneds and Casey last week. The rest of my squad was good, chambeau, Charlie Hoffman, Delaet, Senden, etc, but those two killed me.
