For 2016 All Ping bag what do you guys think

I got 13/14 clubs all PING. I just haven't found a putter to kick mine out of the bag.

Also was curious my s55's are currently purple dot, if i wanted them bent to orange dot what would be the best way to get this done.

Yes i have the same question i think im going to send them back to ping factory to get that done .But if someone knows a better way tell me

 

I just have heard it voids pings warranty if you bend them some place else but I would hate waiting 3 weeks to get them back.

 

Purple (1.5 flat) to orange (2.25 flat) isn't even a full degree. I wouldn't bother sending them to Ping for that. Unless you care to have them actually change the paintfill. Otherwise, anybody can do that job.

 

Perfect! Thanks for the advice also if my irons were +1/4 but I decided standard worked better can I cut them down and not void the warranty.

Currently in the process of this! Just snagged a g30 9 with a tour ad bb 7x and a diamana d+ 70x, g25 3 wood with a devotion 85x, ping s55 with the tour issue x100's. Debating whether I should go with the gorge or the glide wedges!

My set up:

 

Woods - G25 Driver, 3 & 5

Hybrids - Karsten 4H, 5H

Irons - Karsten 6 - PW

Wedges - Eye2 Gorge S & L

Putter - Ketsch

 

All sit in a Ping Hoofer 3 bag.

 

Shot some of my best scores with this bag last year.

 

Love the Karsten irons. The hybrids and I were hit and miss but the irons are solid and feel great!

Well see my WITB for what's in it.

Anyway the only issue I have with my bag atm is the driver and Fw3.

 

Choosing between 2 shafts in driver and 3 shafts in the fw3.

The driver will be played with either AD-DI 6X (1/2" Tipped) or Diamana S+ 60X (1" Tipped), as for now I hit the AD-DI better in the G30 head so I think I'll go with that. (Will also buy and try Diamana S+ limited edition 60X, by far the best shaft I've tried this past year) Driver will be played at 45" and D4-D7 Swing weight.

 

The Fw3 will be played with either Aldila Tour Green 65X (1" Tipped), Matrix Red Tie 6Q3 X (1.5" Tipped) or Ping Tour 80X (1/2" Tipped).

if I liked Ping wedges I could go all Ping. I have TM fairways and hybrid in play,but I have a G25 4w and G30 19H waiting on the bench corvette first sign of TM weakness. Just do not like glides or gorge wedges.

Nothing wrong with all Ping. I'd do it if it was in the budget right now but my son typically gets new clubs before I do. Ping driver and irons in the bag for now.

Just switched to PING,

 

I have never liked the look of anything PING and until I saw the I Irons still was on the fence, after extensive personal SKYTRAK Testing I came to the realization that PING was going to be a great Iron for this year. I compared my current gamer X-forged Callaway 2013 7iron ( 34), King Forged TEC 7 Iron (30 Degrees), PING I 7 Iron (32).

 

The Ping won out over the King Forged TEC do to same numbers but lower spin but same carry and roll.

 

I purchased a 7 Iron and a TS60 Glide wedge and picked them up today and hit them on SKYTRAK, Laser straight 6 in a row and the miss was just a touch of a pull but same distance.

 

Immediately called proshop and ordered 5,6,8,9,PW and Glide wedges in 48SS, 52SS, and 56ES.

 

Gonna be a great year.
