Backswing Not Comfortable

HELP PLEASE ASAP!!!!!!!!

When I swing the club back I make sure the club is facing parallel to the target line, then I finish by turning the shoulders.

At the top of the swing I find that my shoulder is in the way of my head which makes me tilt my head to finish my back-swing. How do I fix that?

Also, my timing in my swing has been suffering which caused me to hit both left and right shots. How do I fix that?

I am going to try the stack and tilt drill soon to see if it really works. But in the mean time I would like some help on the above questions. My handicap is about a 7 so i'm not a bad golfer but I would like to be a scratch player some day.

I hit a jumbo bucket just about everyday at my local course because I work there so it's free and my lower back has been extremely sore so can anyone tell me what swing flaw is causing that?

P.S: I usually don't stretch before I play but i've never felt like my back this bad before. I know it's a swing flaw but I am not sure where it's at.

Slightly raise my chin and don't turn with your chest.

Don't slide trying to shift your power and when you fix that don't block the club coming down with your right hand to create a hook.

I tried this new swing and it made me realize I had too much of a weight shift but to me there are a lot more problems with this swing then with a normal one. For that swing there asking you to BASICALLY reverse pivot and jump up after you hit the ball to not hit it fat. This STEEP trajectory is alright for irons but can cause problems with them such as ballooning and with the driver and 3 wood this is horrible. With such a steep trajectory with those clubs they are going to start low and then balloon up, thus loosing a lot of distance and the jumping up at the end causes inconsitent contact.

Stetch before playing and when following through the ball make sure to do it at the target line.

I went to the range again today and found everything out so please do not reply unless you think it is still wrong.

 

At the range with everything fixed the ballflight with my driver and the trajectory was medium height and it was a boring one and same for the 3 wood. Depending on how steep or how much lag I used in the swing the trajectory was slightly higher with a slight raise in the flight (usually happened in hitting fades which is what it's supposed to do). The irons were also the same way but they had a higher flight.
