Shaft weight on LPGA

I was looking through a driving and ball striking stats thread and ( don't ask me why ) i was curious if anyone knew what weight the girls use in their shafts.

I read somewhere, and I can't find it now, that most use a heavy, shorter shaft to help with dispersion. I was of the opinion that most used a lighter, stiffer shaft and low loft.

Any thoughts?

I know Lexi Thompson uses Project X in her irons and Dynamic Gold in the wedges. So she's one who doesn't use lighter shafts

Sorry, should have specified I was referring to driver shaft weight.

In Gee plays a Fujikura Pro XIR8 51S shaft. I believe that it's 59 grams. Brooke uses a Tour AD-TP 5X shaft that is 58 grams I believe in the normal length, but probably closer to 60 grams in her 48" length. Masson uses a Ping Tour 65 S shaft.

 

Charley uses a UST Attas 6 Star (X) shaft that is 66 grams. Brittany Lincicome uses a 65 gram Aldila Tour Blue.

 

I'd say those are all fairly lightweight to midweight (at most).

Lexi uses a Graphite Design Tour AD GP 6S shaft in her driver (66 grams).
