Signed up for a Foster cc 3 year membership deal in early December, was told at the the time my membership would be active January 1st but haven't heard anything else. Weather looks great tomorrow. Anyone else sign up for that deal in the past? Anyone know if they're open?

Never purchased a club membership before but I feel as though something is missing. I can't even view the tee times on the website.

 

Fingers crossed somebody reads this tonight and has some useful insight.

I looked at the membership deal on their website, and it does seem unbelievable. I've never played the course, but it gets decent reviews. I'd be interested to know if you've received any more info from them. Regarding the tee time unavailability, the course is likely just not open yet, but you should try calling the course and speaking with them directly.

If I had to pick a least favorite course, Foster is near the top of the list. There's a really hokey double-dog-leg left Par 5 that simply ruins it for me.... trying to get on in regulation is a lesson in futility. Some of the other holes following that, one with the quarry, and the following Par 5 after that with the hole tucked left. Ugh.

I spoke with them 2 weeks ago. As of then they were not opened and I was told letters were going out the following week with passwords to access the members portion of the website. Absolutely thrilled for the deal, which is so insane I called the course to make sure it wasn't a scam.

 

On a side note, I love Foster cc. Well kept, secluded and a good mix of layouts. The hokey double dog leg might actually be my favorite.
