Safe to assume the 75 minimum post rule is gone now?!?

Just noticing an aweful lot of low post counts, user accounts an hour or two old, etc now posting in the BST. Can't seen anything about paying to post or the 75 post rule in the "rules" section any more. Limitation of the new forum? Or was the decision to kill it all together?

JMHO, can't say I'm the biggest fan. sure, it ups the member count here, but now there are just more people who show up and their only intent is to sell things with no real intent to become participating members here.

Have noticed the same thing. I have nicknamed the bst the Ok Corral because it’s like the Wild West in there. Hardly any laws anymore.

The 75 posts count is temporarily removed. The new permissions, roles and ranking structure is about to be rolled out.

It is everyone’s responsibility to report via the flag button bst ads that violate rules.

There’s a new person and their first post asking $5,500 and another person has 6 posts asking $2,800 for their item. Go big or go home I guess.

I have a set I'm trying to sell but the post count is keeping me from posting it... Completely understand the 10 post monitoring but what if I just became really active? Can I post?

You'll have to keep posts to 10 limit per day or pay to have a BST ad posted.

But "new" members that join today can still simply pay $5 for a B/S/T ad and have no posts to get around the 75 post/10 point rule? Or people can join ClubWrx and post a B/S/T ad ASAP with zero posts? While these options have been here for some time they defeat the purpose of posting 75 times and now earning points. I guess the earning points is some feature of the new forum software. And prior WRX feedback is still not back. Hmm.

Achievement for liked posts or length of membership. Incremental changes continue to be made. Feedback and other features are being worked on but all effort continue to be focused on getting the new theme live.

I've posted, sold, and purchased a few different times on the bst forum and. Now I can post a "new discussion ". Was this old rule removed and now it's back to being inforced? A cpl of the members I've to said they're not sure how to post feedback under this new site format.

I had an old account with some posts, but nothing crazy. I think it was an AOL email linked to it dating back quite a few years. Anyway, I made this new account in that last month and see that I now cannot post to to the BST. I’ve got an eBay store with 100% positive feedback and was planning on listing some things here to save some the trouble of sales tax on eBay - I know it hit me hard this year. What are my options for posting to circumvent the new requirements? I read above there is a fee associated with a post. Can someone just lay these options out plain and simple for me? Thanks - it’s much appreciated.

Why do I pay for a wrx membership if I can’t even post anything on b/s/t forum. Seems like a stupid waste of money to me.

ClubWRX members are allowed to post regardless of post count.

So can I still pay the $5 for access (like the old days - I've been a member for years but don't post) and still pay an additional $10 for that ad to be pinned?
