I only made one set with Steelfiber, and the 110i model is counterweighted (plus minus 3 SWP or equal to 0.5" play length)

so i cant tell where those ends up, but if you want to build a set with classic flat SW value, your head weights needs to be 7 grams average apart. Your PW head seems to be dead on standard head weight, a few of the others is off.

Since head weight and SW values goes together, this is ONLY to get them 7 grams apart, it does NOT account for whats needed to get to your target for D2 or D4,

#PW - 285 - OK

#9 - 282 - OK

#8 - 275 - add 3 grams

#7 - 268 - add 3 grams

#6 - 261 - add 2 grams

#5 - 254 - add 3 grams

#4 - 247 - add 1 gram

A set using 120-130 grams steel shafts will be D2, so if i recall right, and we loose about 3 SWP, it seems like you should go plus 0.5" on play length to get those 3 SWP back again. Its in the long end we meet our limitation for how long club we can play, so simply start by building your 4 iron as plus 0.5" and try it off.

Then you get to know if this will work.

If the #4 iron feels "head heavy" at plus 0.5" try to lower your hands on the grip by 0.5 inch, and test it as "standard". IF that works better, you should consider to build your set to 3/8" between clubs, starting from the long end with your #4 iron as standard.

Instead of 4/8" shorter pr club, we now only go 3/8" shorter, so it will look like we made progressive extension like this. if we dont want to go that long for the PW, we just start with the #4 iron 1/8" or 2/8" shorter than standard....A set like this will in most cases be made to progressive SW value as "poor mans MOI match", a very popular custom option.

#4 standard

#5 plus 1/8"

#6 plus 2/8"

#7 plus 3/8"

#8 plus 4/8"

#9 plus 5/8"

PW plus 6/8

My experience with the i110's are similar - 3-4 sw pts light - c8 to c9 when std weight heads are used with standard lengths (38" 5 iron) and 1/2" increments. Which makes them really nice for +1/2" or +1" builds.

If you have all the components and shaft's cut to length, you can use the swing weight estimator here (you need adobe flash for it to work). It takes all the individual component weights, playing length and raw shaft balance point and length and calculates the swing weight prior to building the club.
