Stay and Play courses ~1-2 hours outside of Phoenix???

Did a trip to Los Caballeros recently and stayed there with a group. Anyone have a recommendation for something similar? Looking for good golf, decent hotel on property and good food. Anything maybe north of phoenix? Does Wickenburg Ranch have any place to stay? Just looking for any other options that may be out there since Los Caballeros hotel closes for the summer.

Sedona golf resort and 7 Canyons(actually just sent a new deal recently) both have stay and play; I think Torreon did one too - not sure if it is still around.

Sewailo has one off and on; and a couple of other ones in tucson.

Oro Valley had one a while back too.

A little farther away, but we did a stay and play in Laughlin. A couple of really nice courses, and some gambling, etc. in the evening. We did a trip up there in November when courses in Phoenix were overseeding. It was a cheap trip, and the golf was actually really good.

I played Sedona GR a while back and loved it. How is 7 Canyons compared? are they similar?

imo, 7 canyons is Sedona GR on steroids....I think it is better in every regard.
