Just so I am following correctly...you bought a 'like new' iron and stated you were very satisfied. You proceeded to use the club, now state you are unsatatisfied with the condition and want to return it? If that is indeed the case, I see that as a pretty crappy play on your part.

I’m going to do the buy back that they offer where you can use the club and return it within 90 days for a percentage of the original price.

Always been incredibly happy with condition of clubs received from CPO until today. Got my "like new" Toulon Columbus in and it was delivered with a headcover in the box but not on the putter, so I don't know if the scratches came from shipping or were there previously, but certainly not even in good condition. Customer service was awesome as usual, have a replacement on the way that hopefully arrives in the expected condition, but still frustrating.

My Toulon Atlanta is scheduled for delivery Tuesday. I am hoping it arrives in the stated "like new" condition, but i am a bit worried based on the comments in this thread. It makes me wonder if they are taking the returns and re-entering them in their system in the same status they went out originally as vs considering to reclassify them. All of my previous experiences with CPO have been good, so i suppose i should have faith until they give me a reason not to.
