Seller never sent item and is now banned - how should I proceed?

I bought a club of a seller on BST 2 weeks ago, he never sent a tracking number so I followed up with him but didn't get a response. One week later I went back to message him but saw that he is banned. I know USPS has some delays right now and he has been a member for more than 10 years with a 300 feedback score. I filed a PP dispute, should I do anything else?

Dispute filed, you’re covered. Seller could get in touch with you through your PP info even if he’s banned here

That's a little strange; guys who have been here that long, with that many feedbacks don't get banned all that often. I think you could name him here without it being a smear campaign. Someone may have an idea about why he was banned.

That's about all you can do. As long as you filed, didn't pay F&F, and have some correspondence, you should be all good. Sucks that it seemed like a reputable member and you got screwed.

seller just followed up with tracking info. I had a hunch that someone with that much positive feedback wouldn't try something like that. Thx guys
