100% agree though -- matchplay at it's finest. there were more fireworks than a 4th of july grand finale.

USGA just released the '96 amateur on youtube ... excellent viewing ... Tiger had to come back from 5 down, and the golf down the back nine is very good with lots of big shots ... in addition to the golf, the commentary has some excellent moments ... there's a comparison to Jack's number of majors (a VERY interesting comment for golf nerds), an interview with Phil about Tiger turning pro early, and what appears to be some remarks made when they possibly thought the mics weren't on (something Hope said about Tiger, or in relation to Tiger) ... and then there's Tiger's swing ... guy was flying it 300 with a ball that's 20 yds shorter than today, and with a clubhead that's the size of a biscuit, maybe ... it's good stuff ...

I think it was in the Dell Match Play between Rahm and someone else and he and the other traded some haymaker shots.  I know that doesn't help much but I remember watching it on tv and both players were extremely aggressive and continued to one-up each other as they went along.

 

It is only one hole but the playoff at the 2017 Northern Trust between YJS and DJ where DJ just ripped the heart out of Spieth with his drive is something to watch.  That might have been the final straw in the downturn of YJS's game.
