Cobra forged tec black for high launch/spin

I currently play mixing jpx850 forged with nippon 120x ssx1. Before that I was always an s300 or s400 player. I do not have as much time to practice as I used to and the last time I did a fitting the settled on the ping i500 with dynamic gold 120 x ssx2. I am wondering if the forged tec with the amt white s300 would be a decent fit from those with similar experience. Thank you all for your contributions.

I forgot to add that I am one that loves the feel of the nippon 120 but can’t stand the spin and launch. Too much of both for me but the feel is so addictive. Any wind and I’m screwed.

The Forged Tec Black’s are great irons.

Pair with your favorite shaft and you’re GTG.

I’d try a few different shafts to see what you like best. I hated the AMT shafts, I liked the DG 120x but they spun more than the Modus 120 for me. So it’s would try a few in the weight range you like and go from there. I liked the Cobra King forged tec and the Mizuno HMB a lot, but got such a good deal on a 716 T-MB set, I had to jump on it. You really can’t go wrong with the Cobra’s, they felt every bit as good is the Mizuno HMB’s, with even more forgiveness if your misses are low on the face (thin). Great clubs. When I went to a fitting, I was fit into those or the Mizuno in the Modus 120x

I have the FTB with Modus3 105. I have no problem with launch and spin. Find your ideal shaft and these clubs will flat out perform for you.
