Phoenix/Scottsdale area club with caddies?

Do clubs with caddies exist out there? I’ve been out there a few times for vacation and house hunting, but never came across a course with caddies. I’m relocating to Scottsdale and looking to join somewhere. I’m from the northeast and grew up caddying and I enjoy using caddies when I get the chance.

Very few.  You can get a caddie at TPC Stadium and Southern Dunes on the public side.  On the private side there are a few.  But it general, not many courses and not really worth it.

He is right. And you typically see forecaddies as opposed to regular caddies.

Private courses that I know for a fact have (or at least had the last time I played them) caddies:

1. Whisper Rock

2. Silverleaf

3. Desert Forest

4. Mirabel

5. Estancia

6. Scottsdale National

7. Phoenix Country Club (had to call way ahead here to get a caddie for our foursome which included one member)

 

There are likely others as well.  Those are just the ones I know.  Silverleaf and Estancia are not what you'd think though.  You still ride in a cart.

Silverleaf has a great caddie program. Agree that most are forecaddie but have seen walking (not an easy walk). Caddies know there stuff and are some of the best I have ever had. Worst caddie award goes to TPC Stadium and I ended up with the same one 2 years in a row.
