My set is gradual, around D3 in the driver to D5 in the lob wedge. I’m not super sensitive to the swing weights and just try to get them within +/- 1 point.
 

My irons and wedges are a bit more dialed in and my woods are more of an approximate number, but this is what I’ve been seeing so far this season.

I've been meaning to add a putter update for awhile. Some have come and some have gone, but no matter how many times I try to scale it back I always end up with more than I'll ever use.

 

 

Lets start with the group shot, from left to right:

This one has been my gamer since the spring rolled around here. Historically I had always putt better with heavier heads ~370g but to start the season I found myself struggling with my lag putting. I took a chance during the Swag Anniversary event this year and grabbed this. I just put in the Stability Polar last week, and my Best Grips white leather grip arrived today and just put that on. Compared to my Camerons the milling is outstanding. I've noticed a bit of a decline in the finishing of the Camerons over the last few years, even my Champion's Select. That said, I'm extremely happy with the Swag and happy I took the chance one it.

After all the testing and narrowing things down, I've found that I pretty much putt the same with just about everything. It drives the OCD part of me crazy, but at the same time it's nice to be able to swap things out just for a different look and not have an issues putting well with it.

Not a bad problem to have I guess, I'm noticing I'm kinda the same right now and the only annoying thing is I want a stand out putter to fall back on but nothing stands out yet, maybe one will, maybe one won't. If anything will change on mood and conditions.

I’ve been struggling a bit with the Callaway X-Forged UT off the turf. I’m unsure if it’s a shaft issue or the sole doesn’t work for me. I went ahead and took out the Modus 120x and put in a Mitsubishi MMT UT 105tx. I’ve played this shaft in the past and had good results with it, just in the wrong head.

I haven't found that one yet either. I guess that's why I keep going through so many 😂 Have a BB8 Tri on the way that will fit in nicely.

Mill work on them is outstanding and out of all my Anser 2/Newport 2 putters I've had so far its my favorite overall shape of them.

Seeing a mix of stability and regular shafts in your putters.  Is that something that's putter head dependent for you or based on conditions?

For me they’re putter dependent. I’ve had them in mallets in the past and aside from changing the feel I didn’t notice much benefit.
 

In blade is a whole different story. I’ve noticed significantly more stability out of the Stability, Fuji MC and even the CT Tour. The Stability and Fuji definitely feel better than the CT, but I happened to have the CT at home already. I’ll probably end up putting another Fuji into the Bettinardi at some point.
 

With these “limited” putters I like to retain the original shaft and grip in the event I do resell at some point. I play all my stuff at 33” so the market isn’t quite as big for them at my specs.

Love the Betti, once they get you with a putter it becomes addicting, I need to get another Hive putter again.

I would love to go for a fitting a Bettinardi HQ, a custom is quite expensive even for my tastes so I'd probably just see what's in the Hive as a lot of their Hive putters are super nice to begin with and the logo/theme I would love they don't use anymore.

Going to sub both in and out depending on how I’m putting. There’s actually a little toe hang on the 8.0 so it won’t be a completely different feel

That's a good idea some variety and the one gets the start. I do like the 8.0 and I'm not a mallet guy, they did a good job on that shape.

As someone who prefers relatively square lines and boxy shapes the 8.0 is about as perfect to my eye as something this size can get.
