Trying to find out who made this alignment stick cover or if anyone knows a company that could do this type of custom work?

Custom, saw a few on sale on the bay a year or two ago

I'm pretty sure Robert Mark Golf has done customs like that.  I would think most of the good custom headcover makers could help you out though.

Oddly enough I reached out to Robert Mark to see if they could help me out. They ignored my email, then I DM’d them on Instagram and received an incredibly rude response. Hopefully others have better experiences with them.

Sorry to hear that! I haven't personally dealt with him, but I heard his customer service isn't very good.
