Interlocking grip hurting pinky?

Does anyone else use an interlocking grip and have pain in their right (bottom hand, I'm a righty) pinky? the middle joint gets twisted between my other pinky and ring finger, especially on drives. It doesn't really effect my game, just some soreness the day after range sessions where I hit a lot of driver. 

 

Noticed today that my right pinky is now significantly bigger than my left pinky, so wondering if anyone else has this problem and found a solution. Saw some other threads saying to switch grips, but I've tried 10 finger grips (which actually strains my left thumb at the top of my swing) and overlapping grips just for driver but it just doesn't feel right. Been playing interlock since I learned golf when I was 12 so trying not to switch. My irons are midsize grips but my driver is standard, and thats when I notice it most so I don't think its grip size

 

You can see in the photos of the two fingers, the right is significantly bigger now (lol sorry for uploading pictures of my fingers haha)

Same happening to me. I think it's from the midsize grips and grip pressure.

For future knowledge seekers, if you run into this check that your trail hand is sitting flush with your lead with both the trail hand palm covering the lead thumb and the trail hand upper palm edge resting against the edge of the lead middle. Leaving a gap in either puts a lot more stress on the trail little finger and can lead to pain & swelling. The knuckle joint of the trail hand pinkie will likely sit just along the middle proximal phalanx.

Same here.  Hurts the index finger on the other hand also that is interlocking.  Have tried every other grip a million times and it just doesn’t work for me.  Cbd balms help.

I fought a hand injury for a good 6 months in my right pinky. My hands would get too separated and add to the strain, and a heavy shot caused the injury. I try to feel more connected now and I don’t have the same pain. I also moved my left hand more to the fingers.

Yes. This happened to me and I switched to overlapping. Right pinkie joint got bigger than left hand and still looks like your fingers. I interlocked for years.
