Depends when you signed up. There’s an update on the website if you joined the 3rd or 4th welcome kits will ship in 10-12 weeks. 
 

I’ve been a member for years and this is the first time I’ve received my kit immediately. It’s usually been in the 4-6 week window.

all depends on when you bought it. I didn't get mine until like 6pm that evening, so I won't expect it being shipped in next few weeks. Those who were first to get it that morning and did overnight shipping I think are the ones receiving it.

Fyi. I had mine ordered as email notification went out on Monday.  I choose normal shipping. Received tracking notification by the afternoon..received it Friday in Ny.

Aha…I see! Yes…I renewed my membership on the afternoon of Monday the 3rd. I received my welcome email  and order confirmation email right away. 
 

I guess I’ve been spoiled over the years…for all my membership kits and limited release purchases I’ve always been able to receive shipping confirmation freakishly fast. 
 

Now I sit and wait! Lol!

Agreed - I somewhat liked the randomness of it but we cant just sit at our computers all morning for a few days of speculated release dates and wait. Waiting on the email doesn't really help since things are sold out immediately. One wrong button logging in and you have no chance at the "good" stuff like bags/coins. Headcovers were usually open for a few minutes.
It may be tougher to get stuff this year if the times are indeed normal but makes our lives better not f5ing all morning.

QQ - when the drops take place for club cameron, do coins and other drop items ever come out under the Shop Creations section? or is everything just under the What's New and the Shop Accessories section?

everything for that release should be under the new releases. 

 

i'll say there were a few releases that not all items were under the new release area. i remember i kept f5ing for a while and didn't realize the new items dropped but they were put at the bottom of the page and i never scrolled down. another release some items were spread out. the release shirts and polos were under apparel, the others were under accessories with nothing under new releases. a cluster of a mess so anything is possible.

Okay, that is all good to know! Appreciate that! Just trying to prioritize where im bouncing around the day of. Do divots, points, and accessories like that usually sellout as fast as the bags do? from my understanding is that covers should be very getable if you are online at the right time...

bags #1, any tools/coins #2, covers #3 on what sells out quick.

it wouldn't be a bad idea to make sure you address, email and credit card info are all saved and correct on your SC.com account PRIOR to purchase. i believe all it will ask is the 3 digit security code on the back of your card.

 

also from past experiences, ground, 2day and overnight shipping sometimes came around the same time. since then, I've always chosen ground. releases happen on Tuesday but it's not always the same day the items ship. they have posted on their website they allow their fulfillment company UP TO 72hrs from time of release to ship out. many times items have taken as long as Friday to be shipped out. we're spoiled by Amazon with items shipped quickly. YMMV.

It looks like they had a limited number of kits on hand, and they were first come first serve. I signed up within the first minutes of the signup this year. So just got lucky I think. I don't usually get mine until February. 

 

All that said, they bag is bigger, and nicer than I was thinking it would be. So it's off to a better start already. The bag, without a doubt, justifies the cost to join this year.
