Compact head with taller/deeper face, single front weight, dual back weights = totally different low spin monster than Gen5. Only offered to Tour Pros currently. I'm going to figure out a way to get my hands on one sooner than later.

I am assuming that pxg built the ver 1 and 2 for him. I haven't seen anyone else with one in the bag.

Yeah...you would know better then me, but I don't see any of the pxg pros with it in the bag....I am just curious who they made it for first to put it on the conforming list and was thinking a non staffer maybe wanted them to build one...

Not sure who they made it for, but PReed and Sung Kang have had it in play at various times.

The Gen 5 is such a great buy just now, but no doubt this will come out just after I buy the Gen 5.

Just looked at PDF, Version 1 & Version 2 are listed again...No idea if these will ever make market...

For what it’s worth, I was told by PXG that there are no plans to bring this to market. When I asked the question I was buying an iron and fairway, so they weren’t risking the loss of a sale of the Gen 5 driver by telling me that the td was forthcoming and having me wait for its  release instead of buying the Gen 5 (which I do already own lol).

Different than Gen 6 and Black Ops offerings, Tour only Proto.
