Too Low spin in Titleist TSI2 3 wood?

I did a Stealth fitting today at Golf Galaxy on Trackman. It was underwhelming....  they didn’t have many X shafts available though.

You could also try a 5 wood. I have a TSi3 in that one with 75g 6.5 black shaft and it has a ton of spin.  Carry is 245-255; I can hit it where I need to for the most part and drop it into a spot on the fairway.  

 

I suppose it depends on what you need. My home course has 2 par 5's that have small greens and require stopping power from that 240-250 distance.  I wouldn't have much use for an overpowering 3W, but the 4W or 5W gives me options to reach without the risk of going over the green and into a hazard.  I have been learning that "line drive swing" for my driver that hits a draw or fade and drops me out 250-275 after rollout and is money on tight fairways, so the 3W is somewhat redundant as well

It also helps that my 4W is cut 3/4" short, so although I can still hit it a long way, I am not tempted to. I primarily need it as a control club on long approaches and when I need to layup short off the tee

I have an update - changing to a TSI2 16.5 4 wood totally fixes the low launch and spin issue!  The ball speed has decreased a little, but the carry distance actually has increased by 2 yards from the more optimized launch and spin condition.  I did not expect that 1.5 degree of loft makes this much difference, but am very happy with the 16.5 degree 4 wood.  Thanks everyone for the help!

Ball Speed: 160 mph

Launch: 9.1

Spin: 2675

Height: 75

Carry: 260

Total: 287

 

In TSI2 16.5 degree 4 wood (average of 20 shots):

Ball Speed: 158 mph

Launch: 11.2

Spin: 3000

Height: 98

Carry: 262

Total: 282

Try a ventus red or another high spin shaft

 

The 2 line from Titleist has been my favorite because I feel like it sits in a spot where it can go either way.

 

I play a 917f2 at 14⁰ and I hit a bullet draw off the tee or a high floaty cut into the greens.  Ball speed is practically identical (~175) but total distance is 30 yards different.  That's a lot of options!
