Just got a call from Roger Dunn. Project X LZ on back order and unknown when they’ll be in stock. I was told that the black version of the LZ was a possibility though.

Rep called me, all shafts and lies and all clubs look good! Picking them up tomorrow ! Sheesh that’s a relief on my end for sure lol

Well my friends, sad but happy day to leave this group. Picked them up all felt absolutely solid as they would when I hit the range.

My advice to all of you is to keep calling that number - make sure everything is checked before you pick them up.

Hope all of you get them soon with no issues.

My 225s 4-PW and T-22 wedges arrived at my local shop yesterday.  I’m having them check all the specs and will pick up tomorrow after work.  Ordered on 4/23 which would be 8 weeks and 4 days from time of order for those looking for a timeframe. Can’t believe the wait is finally over! I’ll try to post some pics when I get them in hand.

Spoke to rep, my 5/6 order of 921 HM with NM 105 S shaft. All components are in, is expected to ship by end of next week (which means by July 1 I guess).

So will be at least 8-9 weeks from order before its in my hands based on that. Definitely longer than anticipated, but I will say at least the customer service guys on the phone don't seem to mind being pestered for updates / are quick and pleasant.

Ordered 4/26 through TGW. 223 with Mamiya Recoil 95 and Winn wrap midsize grips.

FedEx arrived late last night. Opened the box with some trepidation this morning as there was light damage to the shipping box itself. The clubs themselves are fine however. Oddly though, of the irons all but one had the protective shrink wrap on the heads. All were nicely bubble wrapped and seem in good order.

Of course, it is going to be the hottest days of the year so far here (28 today and 30 tomorrow and then 32 on Monday), and so I'll not be going to the range or the course with them immediately. But they're arrived.

I will update again once the ST-Z 3w arrives, which was ordered the same day as the irons.

Good luck to you all, and hit 'em straight (or draw/fade/stinger/etc... as you see needed)

Ordered a set of LH 223's, 2° flat with Modus 120 S on 6/21. Rep told me to expect 6-8 weeks which looks like it's in line with everyone's experiences ITT.

Given that the Modus 120s seem to be in good stock online, I'm hoping they'll come in quicker. The anticipation is killing me!

Checked with Mizuno today via the local rep.  Currently building sets ordered 5/4.  I ordered 5/9, so he said another week to get to mine, and then a week to build and ship, so looking at (hopefully) the first week of July.

921 Forged, 1 deg up.

FWIW, called Mizuno today and mine are still a little over a week out from shipping.  Fingers crossed that I have them by the end of next week, but we'll see.

This to the tee is exactly what I'm contemplating ordering. Give us am update, how do they play?

I'll let you know once I've taken them out... they arrived just before we went on a family camping vacation, and now I'm so sunburnt I can't stand outside to hit them. 😞

For those of you still waiting on custom club orders you may want to read this.  I had a Mizuno fitting in May.  Got fitted for Pro 223's w/Project X LZ 6.0's.  I was quoted 5 weeks.  Needless to say at the 7 week mark I called Mizuno and got a generic answer, which wasn't acceptable for me so I called again yesterday.  After the customer service rep, who was extremely nice & helpful, looked at my order I was advised that they are having a huge issue with True Temper shafts, and the only Project X shaft available was the 5.5 version.  There is no foreseeable time frame as to when they will get them back in.  He advised that it may not be until next year.  I was offered a replacement shaft, but I quickly explained that after being fitted into a particular shaft, haphazardly selecting a random shaft would be dumb, not to mention a possible waste of my money.  I was able to cancel the order though the retailer and purchase the set I had ordered, at another location, with the Project X LZ 6.0 shafts.  They will arrive by next week.  The clubs will then then go to Golf Galaxy and for a small fee I will have them bent to my specifications per my fitting.
