Shiny new iron day means that after playing for 30 years (some stretches more than others), I’ve joined my first ever golf forum to show off shiny fresh chrome. I’m fairly excited about these. 
A little new and little old.

Thanks! You'd have to pry that V-Steel (S300 shaft) from my cold, dead hands. Ive had it since they released it in 2001.

Welcome! Those look great in the bag. The shinier the better, it's one of the few acceptable types of "bling" for most of us; Car bumpers and golf clubs! Treat 'em well (but no head covers! Those babies need to be seen.)

Back when they brought out the PI5 irons, I gave them a season or 2 in the bag. They were “ok”. These D7 forged however are beyond “ok”. They check all my boxes as a guy who could once play this game well, who is now back at it, a bit older and trying to find those shots once again. I’m impressed.

I will echo that I have had my old trusty V-Steel 7 wood since like 05 or so and on top of that 2 other V-Steels in my bag---- IMHO you bag is a good mix of old and new
