Spokane area solo golf trip

Looking at a solo trip, week long to the Spokane area.Turned 40 this year, Zero plans yet, and want to do literally nothing but play golf all day, every day. Stay at home father of 3, I need some quiet mental health time to reconnect.

 

so with circling Raven, coure de lane(?) any other suggestions? Idaho club? Where should I try to base out of? I really don’t mind driving, I found a place incredibly cheap out by Williams lake, is that too far from everything? The serene setting seems nice, Im not interested in night life, just a place to shower and sleep. I’d prefer to stay in Washington since it’s 420 friendly.

 

id fly in on a Monday morning, leave the following Monday evening. Can someone throw some suggestions? 
 

as far as the space to stay, just want something safe.

If you're already going south from Spokane to play Circling Raven, continue farther to Pullman and play Palouse Ridge, worth the trip.

+1 on Palouse Ridge.  Great course.

 

If you're up for driving a bit, consider heading west and playing Gamble Sands, or south to Walla Walla for Wine Valley and Walla Walla CC (Tillinghast design).  The Whitman hotel in Walla Walla used to have a stay n play for those two that was a great deal, and WW has become something of a wine mecca, if you're into that sort of thing.

 

Wine Valley is arguably the best course that isn't named Bandon or Chambers Bay in the PNW.

I haven't played Idaho Club, but have driven by it several times on my way to MT and have heard from friends that have played it numerous times it's extremely well conditioned and equally as difficult. It used to be called Hidden Lakes, they call it Hidden Anger.

+1 on Palouse and Wine Valley

If you have to pick between Coure d'Alene and Circling, go with Circling. CdA has the postcard green, Circling Raven is a better golf course IMO

In Spokane, Creek at Qulchan and Indian Canyon are both really good munis, IC having the more old school feel of the two. 

 

If driving doesn't both you and depending on budget and not sure if you mean the whole trip has been nixed - but land in seattle, drive to gamble sands for a night, then spokane for a night, pullman for a night, walla walla for a night, then back to seattle.

That's a great tour of most of the best Washington State has to offer, as long as you toss in a round at Chambers Bay to cap it off.
