Also goes by username Larriey and possibly Barb. He trolls the WTB section and offers equipment at prices that in hindsight are too good to be true. I posted a WTB and he responded, offering to ordering me a set of i230's for $140/stick. I asked about TSR driver and quoted me $430. With a staff bag and a couple of fairways, we were at over $2k. The text messages and Pm's became incessant and every day the prices dropped, eventually offering me the driver for $370. He uses his wife's Venmo account to take payment. He even called me to try and put my mind at ease that he wasn't a scammer.   I just did not feel right so I never sent money. I posted a question about Venmo protection and members reached out to me asking who I was dealing with. When i told them, it turns out to be the same guy as they were dealing with and never received their clubs. One member told me that the scammer disconnected his cell phone once payment had been sent.  He has feedback on here and I reached out to those members. Some received their goods albeit slow. I think he is coming through on smaller purchases in an attempt to hook people on bigger purchases. He is a Gold club member so is able to PM without having any posts.

There is a recent thread on here warning people to not deal with a user called Larriey. Turns out same guy and same Venmo address. 

I have been in contact with at least three other members who have also been waiting on stuff for 3+ months. They have all paid using Venmo Goods and services so hopefully everyone gets their money back. All i can think he is running some kind of short-term money scheme to get cash upfront knowing eventually he will be back charged by Venmo.

Just wanted to put it out there to protect everyone. I have been in contact with the mods also. Anyone who has dealings with this guy or even other usernames that sound like may be him, please add your experience to help others avoid being ripped off. I will gladly share his details via PM. 

Rob, @Tigerscadilac feel free to come on here and explain or defend your actions.

I do not have any other names , I have done great business with alot of people on here. I do not control lead times but if there is a problem I am not one to not give refund or anything like that. I always try to get product as fast as possible when I can I provide order confirmation and etc. I have had a lot of repeat business they don’t always put more feedback. My communication sucks sometimes yes it does I don’t do this full time and that’s on me. I will work to do whatever I have to to make people happy and will not work with anyone anymore if that is what needs to be done I apologize to anyone I did anything to or offended I will do whatever needs to be done.

No that is not me and wasn’t me all Dunn and I spoke about a phantom one time and once I figured out I couldn’t get it fast enough so we did not do deal.

I’m leaving it at this I have not screwed anyone and will not I have come through with a lot of equipment for a lot of different guys and it’s not worth the head ache I have no problem not even being on the site if need be I don’t want to cause an issue with anybody at all at any time.

Isn't selling stuff you don't have in hand against the rules, even its a response to a WTB? Doesn't it also scream some sort of business operation if ordering from OEM's at a discount?
